Before plucking, cleanse the face and dab
away any excess oil or dirt from the brows with cotton wool soaked in toner or antiseptic
lotion.
With an eyebrow brush or a clean old tooth
brush, brush hairs upwards, and outwards.
Using clean, slant-edged tweezers, start
plucking from the inner corner of the eye: a magnifying mirror will help. Pluck hairs
singly from the root and always from underneath the brow in the direction of hair growth.
The curve should be a gradual tapering, following the line of the brow to the outer corner
of the eye.
Brush the brows into shape, wipe with toner
and then moisturize. Leave the skin to settle before applying make-up.
