EYEBROWS Eyebrows
grow in about every six weeks and should be well-defined and tidy since they balance the
face and give it character.
Straggly hairs can be plucked
or snipped away and sparse areas filled in with a coloured pencil or eyebrow shadow. Some
beauticians use waxing to shape eyebrows: it is difficult to get a good shape using this
method, and should only be carried out by a professional. Make sure that you keep to the
basic shape of the eyebrow. Use tow make-up brushes as a guide to where your eyebrows
should begin and end, remember that over-plucked, highly arched eyebrows can look far more
unnatural than thick, straight brows.
